The useful details

Built for the way this banner is actually used.

01

Choose airflow or print density

Mesh is the safer starting point on exposed chain-link fencing because it reduces wind pressure. Solid vinyl gives denser color and more visual screening but should be used where the structure and exposure are appropriate.

For long perimeters, divide the design into repeatable panels that align with fence bays. Panels are easier to tension, replace and reorder as the project changes.

02

Branding, information and safety

Branding banners can show the general contractor, project team, rendering and web address. Informational banners can direct deliveries, show leasing contacts or identify entrances.

Do not substitute marketing material for required code-compliant safety signs. Keep regulated warnings and emergency information in the proper approved sign format.

03

Build the file for a rough environment

Use large type, simple logos and strong contrast. Allow safe space around grommets and panel seams. Confirm measurements on the actual fence rather than relying only on construction drawings.

Questions answered

Construction Banners FAQs

Should construction fence banners be mesh?

Mesh is generally preferred on exposed fencing because it allows airflow. Site engineering and local requirements still control the final installation.

Can every fence panel have different artwork?

Yes. Unique panels can show different project partners, renderings or messages.

Are these safety signs?

They can carry general site messages, but required hazard and regulatory signage should use the appropriate compliant sign products.
